Good to know before booking
Which wash should I choose?
For regular care, choose XpressWash or XpressWash & Interior. For a more thorough wash, choose WashAll. The EXTRA package includes an additional hour for your requests and your car’s needs.
Does exterior and interior cleaning include a deep clean?
A standard combined wash includes general interior cleaning. A full interior deep clean is a separate NewMatizing service. With EXTRA, you can agree on a specific additional task within the extra hour.
Why does the booking show less than 24 hours?
The booking shows the scheduled working time. After NewMatizing, the car usually stays overnight to dry. For MrCAP treatments, collection is usually after 24 hours. We agree on the exact time when booking.
Can I choose a specific specialist?
Yes, you can choose a specific specialist in the booking system.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free while your car is being serviced.
